The University Hospital for oral, oral and plastic facial surgery is a modern treatment center that perceives the specialist dental care in the north of Saxony-Anhalt and beyond. 26 patient beds and two operating rooms are available for the stationary treatment of about 1400 patients per year. The university ambulance is equipped with five powerful treatment units. Around 2500 patients are treated surgically each year. The supply of dental implants is a special focus. The clinic has a dental laboratory and a modern X-ray department, including the most modern DVT. The range of services includes all surgical interventions of the specialist Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie. These are the focus of the care of undercut jaws, facial skulls and tooth fractures, the treatment of lip, jaw and palate columns, kraniofazial surgery, the surgical treatment of jaw defects, the complex, partly interdisciplinary treatment of tumor diseases including plastic-reconstructional measures in the face area and the restoration of the jawbone. The operation is carried out under the latest technical medical standards for individually tailored and tailored therapy for the respective patient case.
