HR Specialist Payroll / Entgeltabrechnung (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) for billing/Payroll in the Human Resources department at our location in Sindelfingen, you are responsible for billing fees and all related tasks, taking into account statutory and operational regulations. The focus of your task is: Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of the monthly pay bill with SAP and SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) for a defined group of employees for our locations performing personal administration processes, e.g. time recording, master data maintenance, reporting Advising the specialist departments and other internal contact persons with regard to tax, social insurance law, tariff and operational issues Contact person (m/w/d) for all accounting issues as well as communication with authorities, health insurance companies and other external bodies Creation of notifications, statistics and certificates Implementation of labour, tax and social insurance legislation Working with special topics and HR projects

Closed commercial vocational training with a personal background and additional qualification in wage and salary accounting At least three years of relevant professional experience in pay billing with SAP incl. the control of subsequent activities Very good knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Modul EC) High level of team capability, service orientation and reliability Effective, independent work in a careful and structured manner Very good German knowledge necessary, English knowledge of advantage
