Trainee mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology in service (m/f/d)

Installation & commissioning in the service: learning the construction, commissioning and disassembly of GEA cold, heat and heat pump systems at the customer's premises

Maintenance & fault analysis: Introduction to maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs within the scope of service operations

On-site assessment: Step by step leading to the testing of energy efficiency and economic plant characteristics

Pre-assembly & installation: preparation of components in the workshop as well as professional installation and assembly directly at industrial customers

Electrical engineering & control: basics in installation, measurement, control and control technology with focus on service applications

Protective measures: Learning in insulation, corrosion and fire protection measures at systems with customers

Safety Checks & Travel: Learning Functional and Security Checks during Operation and Regular Travel to Different Customer Operations

School degree: Good middle school degree (MSA), ideally with strengths in natural sciences

Technical interest: pleasure in technical topics, physics and mathematics as well as practical work on site

Responsibility: Careful and reliable operation in handling tools and systems

Craftsmanship: Good motor skills, spatial imagination and technical understanding

Flexibility & readiness for changing tasks and locations

Language knowledge: Flowing German knowledge (B2–C1) for communication with customers and colleagues

Ready to travel: willingness to travel regularly to customers and work at changing locations in the service area
