For a well-known company in Heilbronn we are looking for an IT support manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks

• Support of the IT service desktop in 1st level support
• Contact person for customers and IT questions
• Acceptance of telephone enquiries and fault messages
• Joint solution finding with the customer using existing descriptions
• General support for IT-related problems

That's what you bring

• Complete technical training, cross entry possible
• Practical experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Service Desk
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications and services (Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint, O365)
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills in word and writing
• Communication strength, team capacity, service and customer orientation
