As Project Manager Retrofit (m/w/d), you are responsible for: responsible implementation of the performance and quality planning and implementation of projects (project management) of small to medium size and complexity (technology novelty; development and risk) or subprojects in compliance with the cost and time frame Ensuring all relevant measures to achieve project success within the meaning of the corporate objectives Sustainable care of customer contacts Ensuring contract, risk and claim management according to external and internal (in cooperation with the respective departments) Professional leadership of small interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility) Guided negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the participating specialist bodies Control of suppliers during project execution Support for sales in acquisitions Ensure targeted project communication according to internal and external Progress monitoring and evaluation and compilation of reports from controlling reports

Completed technical university studies (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Inform. / Master) Project Management Certification Level - C according to GPM standard Experience in the responsible leadership of project/teams knowledge of English (in word and writing) Experience in request management with IBM DOORS Working experience in the military environment Good knowledge of English (in word and writing) High intercultural competence Global readiness
