Deputy Campus Manager (d/f/m) for Charité in OR Management

Your tasks in the daily business Participation in structured OP programming and short-term capacity control. Coordination of short-term personnel deployments in the OP management team. Position communication with medicine, care, anaesthesia, clinics and surgical interfaces. Support for process, quality and structural issues in central OP management. Use of clinical surgical planning systems, hospital information systems and service plan and personnel deployment software. Your responsibility You take on professional responsibility for controlling and coordinating the ongoing OP operation at your regular campus. You will be involved in OP programming, short-term capacity control, room occupancy and prioritization. You report to the OP Management Campus; the Head of Central OP Management is integrated via the guide line. You assume disciplinary responsibility only in the absence of the campus management.

Your profile and qualification OP experience: At least two years of relevant experience in running OP operation are absolutely necessary. Control experience: Experience in OP programming, capacity control or room occupancy is required. Responsibility: First leadership, management, coordination or strong organizational responsibility is assumed. Completion: A completed study in the field of medicine, care, health or hospital management is presented; a comparable qualification due to demonstrable training in combination with long-term surgical experience is also taken into account. Language: German for negotiation (C2-level) is required; additional English skills are advantageous (e.g. for technical texts and basic voting). Operation: control capability, loadability, enforcing ability with ophthalmic dimension and communication strength at eye level are central.

Your working model Working time: 80 to 100%, at least 30.8 hours (part time) and a maximum of 38.5 hours (full time) per week. Working week: Monday to Friday, based on the regular OP plan. Schedule: Approved service plan with at least four weeks in advance and design playroom in team voting. Day corridor: Working hours between 06:30 and 18:00; occasionally extended times of presence in the day can be possible. Shiftwork: No shiftwork provided. Locations: either: Campus Charité Mitte (Berlin Mitte), Charité Campus Virchow-Klinikum (Berlin Wedding) or Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin (Berlin Steglitz). Travel activity: Very limited urban mobility between Berlin Charité sites.
