AMEOS North

Takeover of the building function with commissioning, control, coordination and supervision of external consultants, specialist engineers, architects and external project controllers Own-sponsored takeover of project management, construction monitoring and local construction management (according to requirements) of various construction projects Participation in contracting, cost control and audit Participation in the tendering, awarding and billing of works Final acceptance, rectification of defects, warranty monitoring and follow-up management Creation of cost estimates and planning documents as well as examination of documents from external companies and architectural and engineering offices Creation of decision templates for various bodies (e.g. project budgets, time and construction progress) and presentation

Graduate degree in architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or a comparable degree course, as an alternative a completed training as a state-tested construction technician (m/w/d) experience in building project management, accompanying project developments, refurbishment measures and implementing award procedures Knowledge of the relevant regulations VOB and DIN regulations, as well as good knowledge of AHO, HOAI and building and procurement law Extensive experience in the construction management of construction projects of various sizes Extensive project management competence Good knowledge of contract design and negotiation Planning and organisational competence as well as analytical thinking Teamability, flexibility and a high level of commitment Service orientation, reliability and secure communication
