Test Management: As a test manager, you take over the professional leadership of the test team and develop and optimise test processes and procedures. Resource Planning: With a view to the project objectives, you are addressing the need for test resources, establishing it to stakeholders and assessing the effort for testing. Reporting: You report on the progress and quality of the software and support the operational testing of the project everyday. Advice: For questions and decisions on software quality and test measures, you advise stakeholders at eye level. Risk Management: Your active role in risk management evaluates and manages test and quality risks in the project.

Education: You have a completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable study programme. Professional experience: With at least 6 years of experience in software testing, of which about 2 years in test management, you bring the necessary practice for this role. Methodology: You have comprehensive practical knowledge of the methods and procedures in software testing. AI competence: You use AI tools in your field, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI.
