Head of Fleet & Delivery in the Workwear Division (m/f/d)

Car park organization: You control our fleet reliably, economically and customer-oriented. Disposition & Planning: You plan and optimierst tours as well as the use of drivers and vehicles within a radius of about 250 km. Team leadership: You run a team of around 30 riders and support them in everyday work. Ready to use: You make sure that vehicles and tools are operational at any time. Legal & Security: You pay attention to compliance with all legal and internal requirements (e.g. steering and rest periods, occupational safety). Coordination: You work closely with workshops, authorities and test sites. Costs & key figures: You keep budget, costs and important key figures in mind and guide improvements. Quality & Customer Service: You care for punctual deliveries and a high satisfaction of our existing customers.

Vocational training: completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. logistics, forwarding, transport) or comparable Professional experience: practical experience in the fleet, logistics or transport sector or as a disponent (m/w/d) Leadership competence: First experience in the leadership of employees of advantage Knowledge: Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements. Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Personality: Reliability, Loadability, Teamability and Organisational Power Appearance: Safe appearance and clear decision-making – even in stressful situations IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel), ideally experience with MRP or fleet systems. Driving licence: valid driving licence of the CE class desirable
