Nursing Assistant Outpatient Care – Buchholz (m/f/d)

In the Hahne Pflegedienst | Buchholz-Kleefeld you take responsible tasks in the everyday life of our clients as a nurse. If you like being on the go, working independently and enjoying dealing with people, you are right with us – also as a cross-release.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Hannover, Hahne Pflegedienst | Buchholz-Kleefeld. Hours: part-time with 25 to 30 hours per week. Working hours: Uses in early and late services and weekends. The exact service hours are adjusted in the monthly schedule. Holiday: 35 days at a 6-day week. In the case of a weekly working time of 30 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 2,500,38 and €2,640,02, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Care & support in everyday life: help with body care, nutrition and mobilization in the home environment. Housekeeping & support: support for purchases, housing cleaning and individual care offers. Simple nursing measures: After being instructed by nursing professionals, for example drug delivery, tightening of compression stockings. Documentation: Basic documentation as part of the outpatient performance certificates. Cooperation in the team: reliable communication and cooperation with nurses and colleagues.

Your profile: Education: A completed training is not required – cross-comers are welcome. Experience in outpatient care is desirable. Driving licence: Class B EU licence is required for outpatient use. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing. Team spirit & empathy: Reliable, communicative work and appreciation of clients and colleagues. Flexibility: readiness to early and late services and weekend services.
