We are looking for you in full time (40 h) at one of our locations in Heidelberg, Leipzig or Berlin as a sales employee (m/w/d) in the insurance sector. Your mission

As a pioneer, you are actively involved in the development of our sales in the field of occupational disability insurance and retirement provision As an expert for BU and AV, you take care of our customers from initial contact to contract acceptance – with leads and acquisition from your own customer base You conduct professional consultations with our customers and develop for these individual insurance solutions You only process warm leads and enter them quickly, carefully and in a final orientation We do not call off old-baked lists, we generate warm contacts and use modern algorithmic procedures for customer acquisitions No Cold Calls, no External Services and Digital Work

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Experience in the distribution of insurance products and well-founded expertise in BU and AV Good knowledge of CRM and customer management systems You are open to new things and bring strength and ambition and team spirit with you A quick understanding and fluent knowledge of German
