What do you expect? Advice with a wide view: You are fully engaged in corporate customers – from the foundation to growth phases to the succession of the company. Start-ups & Innovation: You work with founders, evaluate business plans and accompany innovative business models on their way to success. As a successor, you support corporate successors in financing their corporate acquisition and accompany them as a reliable response to the new entrepreneurial responsibility. Living your own responsibility: You actively develop your customer portfolio, recognize market opportunities and aspire to entrepreneurship. Network & Acquise: You build long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted partner in the region

What are you doing? A completed study in the field of economics, finances or similar banking skills Insufficient experience in the care and advice of corporate customers Interest in start-ups, innovations and entrepreneurial thinking Safety in the analysis of annual accounts and business plans Flexibility, curiosity and ability to quickly adjust to new situations

What do we offer you? Attractive conditions: permanent contract of employment, 30 days of vacation plus free on 24 and 31 December. Compensation & Security: Compensation by collective agreement incl. 13th salary, supplementary income dependent on success, as well as occupational pensions and asset-effective benefits. Flexible work: full-time or part-time, around 50% mobile work, and promoted breaks (e.g. Sabbaticals) and mobile work abroad.
