The Operations & Storage Unit is responsible for the customer-oriented execution of capital market services for the DZ BANK's capital market areas and its customers, as well as the tasks of the depository for capital management companies. Our Platform Support & Change Management department stands for digital transformation in the field of operations & storage. Your training program in change and platform management gives you insight into the development and implementation of new processes and IT systems. You learn how to develop and accompany changes in succession. You will also immerse yourself in the world of Generative AI, Microsoft Power Platform or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). These modern technologies offer you the opportunity to help shape innovations and develop forward-looking solutions. We understand ourselves as a service and enablement unit. This means that you work directly with colleagues from the specialist departments and IT to clarify and solve their questions and concerns on overarching topics, processes, projects and optimizations. In your 18-month trainee program 4.0 with the focus on innovation and digitization, you will learn about various units in the Platform Care & Change Management department in the Operations & Storage Department. In parallel, you work on a digital project in an interdisciplinary trainee team. In agile formats you develop a prototype, accompanied by experienced coaches and participating in a learning journey and milestone workshops. This allows you to apply your knowledge in practice from the start and to help shape innovations and transformation processes. The location of your activity is Frankfurt am Main.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), in the fields of economics, business informatics or computer science. You are familiar with programming languages, tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Cloud Technologies and GitLab. The handling of modern data analytic tools, AI platforms and machine learning processes is not strange to you. Your curiosity and openness for new topics help you actively engage in different topics and to shape them in a solution-oriented and proactive manner. You can work target-oriented and customer-oriented in the team and work on tasks tailored and reliable. You can express yourself in German and English (mind. C1) in a safe manner.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 64,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
