Construction Manager SF-Hochbau (m/f/d)

You are experienced in the construction site organization as well as the coordination and control of the parties involved in the construction. You always have a look at our high quality standards and compliance with the time and cost frames of our Berlin construction projects. You are familiar with detailed project preparation and reliably accompany the tendering and award phase for the after-contractors. You are experienced in construction monitoring and are focused on compliance with the currently applicable guidelines, regulations and regulations of the generally accepted rules of technology and the necessary safety of work. You are competent in the regular construction site documentation as well as the management of (construction) meetings and the contractually relevant correspondence with the contractors or the client. You are familiar with the professional implementation of the defect and follow-up management or the audit and audit. You are team-oriented and a competent contact for our business partners and customers.

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture or a technical training. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction management of construction projects, in particular in the implementation of construction measures in the construction of raw and turnkey construction. You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner and maintain partnership cooperation with the construction participants. Good communication and team skills are important to you. You control a safe handling of the current MS Office applications and MS project, bring knowledge to RIB iTWO (formerly ARRIBA) and do not hesitate to deal with digital software solutions.
