Your profile: Completed human science study of social work, pedagogy or psychology and at least. 2 years of professional experience; vocational training in the health and social field; or Rehabilitative qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience Advanced Case Management or CDMP Qualification desirable Knowledge of structures of social services and rehabilitation law Experience in occupational and medical rehabilitation and in solution-oriented case-working Detection of Methodological and Social Competence (160 UE Consultancy and 40 UE Social Law) good knowledge of MS Office programs and Internet applications Experience in the field of employee leadership, “require + promote”, motivation, empathy and persuasiveness Delimitation and dismantling and objective judgment Good oral and written expressability Benefits in the field of care and illness
