Your tasks: You enter our TOP segment in the field of commercial customers and support them comprehensively in the digitization of their payment processes You contribute to increasing accessibility by phone to our corporate customers to provide the best possible service You accompany our customers in the installation and configuration of our payment products You create and conduct custom application demonstrations and training for our commercial customers You process customer queries and complaints in a falling and detailed manner You participate in campaigns and support sales both operationally and strategically
