Digital advice and support for existing customers: Service-oriented support of our existing customers for private health insurance issues (PKV) No acquisition, but service: You take care of in-depth inquiries and make sure that our customers receive the best possible service and need-oriented advice on the existing contracts Advice and conclusion: You support our customers in adapting their existing health insurance Process optimization: With design and improvement of internal processes in customer service

You have a well-established commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector (e.g. as an insurance businesswoman, insurance professional or merchant for insurance and finance) First professional experience in the insurance industry is beneficial You draw your attention through pronounced customer orientation and a sovereign, friendly appearance on the phone Own initiative, openness for new topics (e.g. AI) and a clear target orientation round off your profile
