Team Leader in Real Estate Management Objections to Ancillary Costs (m/w/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d) you lead a team of approx. 10 employees, promote the individual further development of the team members and ensure a motivating working atmosphere. Your team has the task of working and clarifying the contradictions of tenants against their additional cost accounting To do this, you use the intra-area ticketing system, which ensures efficient assignment of tasks within your team, ensure the answer or clarification of the content of your employees and keeps an overview of all the upcoming tasks. You will work with the creation and optimization of reporting to ensure the transparency and traceability of all processes. You identify potentials for process optimization and drive automation projects along with the central technology & process team. You work closely with various other departments and ensure good interface communication.

The foundation of your success is a completed economic study or a completed commercial training with well-founded professional experience in the commercial cost accounting. You've already managed a team and experience in the handling of major tasks. You have already worked with SAP RE-FX and ideally have already gained experience in working with a ticket system You are communicatively strong, an exceptional team player and are proactive to master challenges and improve processes. You are able to outline pragmatic solutions and can also represent and negotiate them internally and externally. You are consistently pursuing your goals and can also assert yourself in difficult situations. Last but not least, you will certainly communicate in English.
