In this responsible leadership position, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of the department and contribute significantly to the sustainable success of the organization. You take over the personal leadership and development of your employees – from personnel planning, job advertisements and selection procedures to the successful introduction of new executives. You are responsible for the annual budget, investment and target planning and ensure economic achievement through continuous monitoring. You ensure reliable and continuous performance accounting and compliance with relevant requirements. You develop existing cooperations strategically, maintain a strong network and actively represent the department in internal and external bodies. You provide trusting and smooth cooperation with authorities, institutions, specialist consultancy and cost-beneficiaries. You drive forward the professional and organizational development of the area and identify new business areas and innovative development potentials. Together with the facilities and youth offices, you control the needs and budget planning and create reliable foundations for a future-oriented supply design. You shall draw up, examine and accompany applications for funding, investment and grants, as well as the corresponding evidence of use. In close cooperation with the controlling, you are responsible for the proper KiBiz billing.

You have completed training or studies in the educational field as well as well as well-founded business knowledge and multi-year professional and leadership experience in the social education environment. You are characterised by an independent, structured and responsible way of working and are always loyal, transparent and reliable. You think and act customer, service and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations. You bring a high degree of commitment, self-initiative and willingness to design and convince with their strong communication and conflict resolution competence.
