Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) Location: Lüdenscheid What you expect: Retour support, Complaints and product recalls Recording, recording and processing of returns, credits and complaints according to internal requirements Customer service / after-sales in the technical field settlement of cost claims and coordination with specialist departments (e.g. logistics, quality, technology), tracking of open processes, time-limit control order processing, complaint processing and service care What you bring with you: Completed commercial training, e.g. as Industrial businesswoman or comparable, first professional experience Customer Support and Claim & Return Management telephone) Confidential with processes of order processing, complaint processing or service care Friendly, safer Dealing with end and business customers within Germany. Communication joy in dealing with sensitive issues such as recall actions, quality complaints or product requests Interest and basic understanding for electromechanical products. Ability to record errors and technical feedback Very safe to use the PC, especially Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
