Coordination and control of design, approval and execution planning of our projects in the field of wood construction Monitoring and control of external planning offices with regard to compliance with current regulations, technical standards and contractual requirements Ensuring the feasibility of planning with a focus on practical implementation in production and construction Support for project implementation taking into account quality, dates and costs Function as a central contact person for all planning topics in the project team Projektmanager (m/w/d) Cooperation with project participants to develop solution-oriented approaches to challenges Introduction of creative ideas and independent work

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. architecture, civil engineering with field of wood construction/wood technology or completed training in the wood sector with a corresponding further education to the master (m/w/d) Practical experience in a comparable position Knowledge of relevant technical structures and applicable standards and regulations Enthusiasm for sustainable building and modern planning methods (in particular model-based BIM planning) Ability to manage the team, to delegate tasks and to monitor the achievement of targets Impressed communication strength, motivation, team spirit and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
