The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Saar is a combination of social help. These include fully-stationary offers, two social-spatial offers, a community meeting point, two afternoon care at secondary school, the multi-generation house and a crèche.

At the SOS Children's Village Saar we are looking for a

in parttime (32 hours/Where) The 32 hours/place are distributed by prior agreement within the opening hours of our multigeneration house from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 16:00. Your working hours are therefore reliable and well planned from the start.

In our multi-generation house people of different ages come together with different experiences, skills and life paths. Our domestic industry makes an important contribution to the daily interaction. It not only provides tasty meals and reliable processes, it also offers space for learning, personal development and joint work.

You will be part of a diverse team from a housekeeper, other employees in the household sector, several trainees and participants in the measure. Together, you will create a working day in which professionalism, mutual support and an appreciation of one another are obvious. Planning and preparation of meals: You plan and prepare varied and needs-oriented meals and ensure reliable compliance with applicable legal hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines and our quality standards. Economic activities: Together with the team, you take over the diverse business tasks within our multigeneration house and contribute to a well-maintained, well-organized and pleasant environment. Purchasing and goods management: You plan required goods, take over purchases and orders and keep in mind quality, need and cost-effectiveness. Guidance and support: A particularly important part of your activity is the professional and personal accompaniment of participants and trainees. You explain workflows in a comprehensible manner, convey economic knowledge and help people work increasingly independently and safely. Promoting individual development: You recognize different skills and learning needs and meet people with patience, clarity and appreciation. You understand guidance not only as a knowledge transfer, but also as encouragement and support on the individual development path. Quality assurance and further development: You pay attention to compliance with our quality standards and actively contribute your experience and ideas to continuously develop business processes and practices. Child and care protection: You are conscientiously implementing the principles of child protection and care protection. A professional, attentive and responsible approach to proximity and distance to the people we accompany is of course for you. Your use is initially provided in our multigeneration house. It is possible to continue your activity in another working area of the SOS Children's Village Saar.
