Referent Corporate Stakeholder Management (m/f/d)

Together with your colleague, you are looking for a central interface between the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, Subsidiary and grand societies and take on diverse and varied tasks. You organize, co-ordinate and accompany committee meetings (Rights Council, General Assembly, Shareholders' Meetings and Advisory Board) and arrange for their preparation and preparation incl. Protocol management and task management. You are a contact person for our internal and external stakeholders and assists in communication with the Supervisory Board and advisory board. You co-ordinate cooperation with BaFin, BVR, Examination Association and Bundesbank with regard to supervisory issues as well as ad and reporting obligations. Your tasks include maintaining and monitoring relevant organisational regulations and bases for corporate stakeholder management, such as statutes, rules of procedure and business distribution plans. You coordinate the annual member inquiry according to § 15 KWG. You provide the Audit Board and the internal audit with supervisory documents and information in time and complete.

You have a degree in economics, business & law, law, or comparable qualification, such as a completed training as a bank clerk or a completed commercial training with relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial sector. You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and represent the bank professionally. You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation and high IT affinity. You work quickly, conscientiously and independently into new areas of work and convince by your pro-active, cooperative and solution-oriented appearance. You are organized and have a strategic and solution-oriented approach. You have the ability to structure and communicate complex facts clearly. Despite a wide range of topics, you can set priorities, keep deadlines and plan effectively. As a team player, you support your colleagues in achieving common goals.
