• completed technical training such as specialist in system integration / application development with practical knowledge or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge about Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Exchange / 365, Active Directory, MS-SQL, Desaster Recovery / Backup, Hyper-V, VMWare, RMM, VoIP, Networks or IT Security
• IT support practice with sound Windows client and server skills
