In the key role of the leadership of the ERM, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our ERM team and shape the further development of risk management at Amprion. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the ERM team’s employees and the continuous development of team, competencies and cooperation. Responsibility for the strategic development of the ERM, in particular for the design and implementation of a comprehensive risk management approach in the amprion, including governance, methods, processes and reporting. Responsibility for the further development of market price and address loss risk management as well as for the implementation of appropriate concepts and methods. Management of the risk management process and perception of the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Advice to management, departments and subsidiaries on all issues of risk management and function as a central contact person. Promoting an active, sustainable risk culture within the amprion and anchoring risk management as an integral part of the corporate philosophy. Analysis and assessment of regulatory and energy developments and deriving the impact on the company's risk situation.

Successful completion of a degree in economics or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in risk management, risk controlling or a comparable task area, ideally in the regulated environment or in the energy industry Understanding risk management processes, risk management instruments and relevant rules Multiannual leadership experience or demonstrable experience in managing complex projects as well as strong ability to develop and motivate teams Experience gained in interdisciplinary cooperation with different disciplines and relevant stakeholders Embossed analytical thinking and problem-solving competence for complex process and effect relationships Very good communicative skills, a safe and convincing appearance at management level, as well as the ability to convey complex facts to the user Enforcement, decision-making and a structured, quality and implementation-oriented approach Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and high number affinity Energy economic knowledge and a good understanding of the regulatory framework of a network operator are desirable Valuable leadership style, high social competence and joy in the further development of employees Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
