The LVR-Jugendhilfe-Rheinland with the facilities in Solingen, Tönisvorst, Remscheid and Euskirchen is a highly differentiated youth aid facility with 351 seats. The group N.O.W provides the educational accompaniment and introduction to self-employed life as part of a group of young people aged 12 and over.
