Director Supply Management Technical Service (m/f/d)

• In this role you are responsible for the design and implementation of the Technical Service Operations Footprints and establish flexible, scalable technical value flows for the depot and onsite service

• You verify and secure delivery readiness based on customer needs and control the associated KPI management

• You design scalable business processes with a focus on technology and develop harmonised/standardised methods and tool setups

• You support the service centers in terms of metrology and drive global accreditation and quality projects

• You initiate and manage cross-organisational projects, evaluate demand/supply requests for technical capacity and investments by economy and footprint criteria

• Guide, develop and motivate your team and coordinate stakeholders across all business and business sectors

• You have several years of experience in a leading function in the technical service/operation with detectable leadership and development expertise

• You have profound know-how in the areas of process design and management in the service environment as well as knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices

• You have deepened experience in service metrology, lean methods and supply chain processes (including spare parts supply) as technically experienced managers

• You can demonstrate a pronounced project management experience, ideally with international cooperation and implementation of global accreditations

• You have very good knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 17025, EN/AS9100) and experience in KPI-controlled work

• You have a good technical understanding in electronic measuring and operating technology

• You are characterized by excellent communication skills, organizational ability, strong customer and service orientation as well as analytical and conceptual strength in prioritization and solution finding

• Flowing German and English skills and a basic readiness to travel complete your profile
