Execution of object visits to capture the state and the nature of real estate and buildings Creation of detailed opinions on value, condition, construction damage or refurbishment requirements Analysis of construction plans, technical documentation and legal documents related to evaluation processes Advising our customers with questions about real estate, construction damage or refurbishment possibilities Cooperation with architects, engineers and other professionals to clarify technical issues Documentation of results and presentation of opinions to clients:inside Auditing of financing documents under evaluation activities (optional)

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, geosciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a real estate agent, construction expert or in a similar position Funded knowledge in the assessment of real estate as well as in engineering issues Safe handling of common software for expert creation (e.g. MS Office, special evaluation software) Embossed analytical skills and precise working Very good communication skills in German; English knowledge is advantageous Ability to independently organize and work independently driving licence class B
