Conception, development and piloting of digital services in the non-insurance area of HUK-COBURG Design of the business model of the service with focus on the added value for customers Definition of suitable measurement variables for the success of the service Search for promising solutions and suitable partner companies on the market, including exploratory talks and negotiations Design of the customer journey and development of marketing and sales concepts in cooperation with the departments selection of suitable technologies for the implementation of these services and design of the processes together with the technical fields Creation of decision templates for the Executive Board
