Scaling & Processes: Introduction of modern development standards (Agile Methods, Release Management) and securing the product architecture for series maturity.

Change Management: Transformation of team culture towards transparency, clear responsibilities and efficient work routines.

Interface Management: Closest cooperation with production (insourcing projects), operations and leadership to ensure delivery and quality.

Strategy: Responsibility for the technical roadmap and professionalisation of project management.

Technical foundation: Complete study of physics, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable engineering.

Leadership expert: Multiannual experience in managing R&D or engineering teams, ideally in the interim or transformation context.

Scaling know-how: Detectable successes in transferring individual expert systems into process-oriented, industrial series structures.

Method security: Deep understanding of modern development processes (Agile, Release Management) and technical documentation standards.

Change competence: Empathic leadership with the ability to coach highly specialized teams through change processes.

Management Skills: Excellent decision-making, excellent priority management and sovereign communication in German and English.

Presence Commitment: Compulsive willingness to 100% local presence in Jena (no remote share possible).
