Senior System Engineer Powerline (m/f/d)

Design the telecommunications networks of the future as a senior system engineer. As a specialist:in Hardware SmartM2M network, you take a key role for the secure operation of the services provided and are responsible for the communication operation of powerline components and smart meter gateways (SMGWs). You are the interface between the operation team and other stakeholders, such as technical departments, project teams and external partners. In more complex cases, you support the operation team in the disorder, analyzes disorders deeply and, if necessary, initiate necessary further measures until the complete problem solution. You create and advise technical instructions, manuals and knowledge documentation for the Operation Team to ensure a uniform and efficient operation. By participating in projects, you will accompany the introduction of new technologies and thematic fields and ensure the successful integration of these innovations in the team operation. You are testing existing processes with regard to optimization potentials and automation options and implementing them with targeted measures. You have sufficient empathy and actively take on the role of trainer:in and coach for the employees concerned, in order to impart knowledge sustainably and strengthen competences.

As a basis for the exercise of the job you bring a successfully completed training in the field of news and/or Information technology with further training as a master/technician, have a CCNA certification or can demonstrate corresponding experience in the field of Powerline, SMGW, Incident and Process Management.
