We are looking for a machine operator for the 3D laser/welding system (m/w/d) in 90579 Langenzenn for our customers, a modern family business.

• Extensive and interesting machine park
• Easy to cross beginners with technical understanding

You should bring:

• Complete training in a technical profession / or cross-release with technical understanding
• Independent and independent working

Your tasks with our customer:

• Daily commissioning of the TruLaserCell 7040 – 3D-Laser & Welding System by Trumpf
• Self-loading of laser and welding programs
• Own-responsibility of the plant according to setup plans and further production documents
• Regular production-accompanying quality control with handheld measuring means
• Self-adjustment of the program parameters for determined deviations
• Production and assembly of laser cutting and welding devices according to the specifications of the production documents
• 2D laser processing by program
• MAG – welding work
• Assembly and tuning work
• Testing and initial operation of new devices
• Perform weekly maintenance after maintenance plan
