Senior Controller:in (m/f/d)

Responsibility for monthly accounts, including data processing and sound data analysis, and close coordination with operating points and regional lines Control of budget planning and creation of precise forecasts (GuV, balance sheet) for defined areas of responsibility Implementation of day control including regular presentation and moderation of results at management level (2 times a week) Implementation of finance projects focusing on efficiency enhancement and performance management Development of central KPIs as well as data-driven visualization and optimization of dashboards in Power BI Creation, analysis and interpretation of reporting, forecasts and budgets to support strategic decisions Monitoring of target achievement in the sense of performance management including deviation analyses and proactive stakeholders management Implementation of ad hoc analyses to derive sound recommendations for management Ensuring high data quality and validation and consistency of relevant KPIs Close cooperation as a business partner with disciplines as well as support and development of financial processes and projects

Completed study of economics, BWL, Finance/Controlling or comparable As an alternative to commercial training with relevant further training (e.g. tested controllers, account holder) and multi-year controlling experience Multiannual professional experience in controlling with responsibility for financial statements, budget planning and forecasts (GuV, balance sheet) Found experience in reporting, deviation analyses and deriving recommendations for action for management Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI Impressed communication strength as well as experience in stakeholder management and presentation of management information Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge Analytical, structured operation and high quality data and results
