Responsibility as a subproject manager (m/w/d) for complex, electrotechnical topics with high regulatory (security) requirements Control of a team of internal and external constructors (terminal control, control of the project progress (mile stones, budget, achievement of targets), possibly Priority Active link between department/group and project/order Responsible for the technical, timely examination and approval of technical documents Support and support of the procurement process Legal recognition and counter-taxes in case of plan deviations Self-assessment of contract changes and customer requests (CP's) Development of new processes and other optimization options for increasing efficiency Temporary support in the offer phase (0-2) or other tasks

Complete technical university studies in electrical engineering and multiannual professional experience, as an alternative completed electrotechnical vocational training and specialist training with long-term professional experience Experience as part project manager (TPV), ideally in shipbuilding/marine IT affinity – safe in the application of design programs and other common IT tools Experience in project management Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing (Level B2) Very independent, solution-oriented operation Secure communication Teamability, leadership and enforcement
