Sales Director Corporate Clients and Deputy to the Board of Management (m/f/d)

In the context of the succession scheme, you will be looking as an entrepreneurial thinking and strong executive.

Your tasks: In this key position with direct reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for the entire corporate customer business and are competent to continuously expand the performance and sales success of the Sparkasse. The focus of your task is the consistent exhaustion of existing market potentials, where you are equally profitable and risk-conscious. Together with your team, you will ensure the comprehensive and holistic approach of the customers and bring yourself to the advice of the top clients. The further development and optimization of the relevant sales and business processes are also your responsibility. The performance of representative tasks completes your broad field of activity. The function is linked to the representation of the Chairman of the Board of Management in case of prevention. If the formal conditions under § 25c KWG have not yet been fulfilled, there is the possibility of obtaining them in the position.

Your profile: Its multi-year leadership experience in the acquisition, consulting and support of medium-sized company customers, which you have preferably collected in a regionally active savings bank or bank. You also bring a strong sense of market opportunities and risks and meet future strategic challenges through your forward-looking action. Sovereign appearance, communicative skill as well as the ability to adequately assess and promote the potential of your employees as a team-oriented leadership characterize your working style. A sound economic qualification completes your profile.
