Mechatronics Technician Industrial Engineering (m/w/d)

Our customer is an innovative and international supplier for construction products. For the maintenance, maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability and further development of the machine and plant park, we are looking for you for an unlimited fixed order as

You analyze faults and troubleshoot faults on electrical control cabinets as well as machines with PLC control. You ensure that production plants run stable and eliminate failures quickly in order to avoid standstills. You take over the maintenance, repair and optimization of the plants and implement durable solutions to increase plant reliability (e.g. according to TPM). You support the commissioning of new machines and the adaptation of existing systems. You document changes to control programs and schematics and evaluate data using sensors or machine diagnostics.

You have completed technical training (e.g. as industrial, machine, plant mechatronics technicians, electronics technicians for automation technology, industrial electronics, electronics and the like). You have at least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of machines/plants/in the industrial/production company. You are safe in troubleshooting of control cabinets and PLC systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WINCC). You can read schematics and technical drawings securely and work routined with common measuring and testing devices. You work independently, quickly find practical solutions and are ready to assist in the readiness of call if necessary.
