geoSERVICE hotline employees – 50 % (m/f/d)

You enter the users of our web-based geo-information system geoSERVICE. Together with an experienced colleague, you take the phone hotline and process incoming requests by email.

Your further tasks include:request, processing and tracking of requests in our ticket system Coordination and forwarding of operations within the team Implementation of user administration Maintenance and updating of internal and external documentation Support in the further development of our services and processes Participation in optimizing our support and service processes

You are interested in digital themes and are happy to work with people. A friendly and service-oriented approach to users is obvious to you.

Ideally, you can find the following:First experience in geoinformation, GIS or geoinformatics Experience in customer service, user support or IT support A structured, careful and reliable operation Good communication and team skills Joy in working on new topics and tasks Interest in digital applications and technical contexts Very good knowledge of the German language (min. C1 level)
