Construction preparation and local construction management of construction projects (reconstruction, expansion and conservation measures of e.g. road surface renewal) of the Federal motorway in the area of responsibility of the Kempten branch Preparation of comparative studies including Cost calculations of technical variants taking into account the cost-effectiveness and feasibility Creation of building documents or Verification of draft documents (e.g. Explanatory Reports) and examination and approval of execution documents Creation of award documents and support for awards by VOB and HOAI Development of engineering contracts in the context of construction preparation and construction management Cost and time management and coordination of cooperation between all project participants

Graduate degree (Dipl.-Ing. [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience capable of carrying out the above activities Distinguishing knowledge of the German language (level C2) Class B driving licence, readiness to travel and willingness to operate a service vehicle

That would be desirable: Experience in the tendering and processing of new construction, development and conservation measures in road construction Experience with the award of engineering services, including technical and contractual processing Knowledge of relevant technical regulations such as VOB, HOAI, RSA and ZTV

The individual determination of the level of remuneration depends on the requirements of the MTV motorway.
