You are the technical director and mentor of 20 to 25 employees:inside, you conduct employee talks and motivate your team You implement internal processes and solve logistics-relevant problems You make sure that the commissioning orders are processed according to FIFO principle In addition, ensuring the smooth processing of marketing orders is also in your task

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics or comparable professional experience. Experience in leadership or professional mentoring of other team members Very good understanding of logistics processes and systems as well as safe handling of Excel and comparable office tools Own initiative, resilience, excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented operation. Flowing German knowledge, English and Polish knowledge of advantage
