Function as a specialist that Lam represents to customers and ensures excellent service and high customer satisfaction. Conducting complex technical escalations and solving critical problems. Support and further development of junior engineers, promotion of knowledge sharing and development of team competencies as well as work as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal teams.
Completed training/BA/FH in the fields of microelectronics, electrical engineering, precision or mechatronics or comparable technical orientation. Experience in installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of semiconductor systems in the fields of etching (ETCH), coating (deposition), single-wafer cleaning or platinum g is advantageous. Good knowledge of English is necessary. Basic knowledge of German language. Knowledge of the Mandarin language is a plus.
