Your tasks with us: Building, establishing and developing the regional training network. Acquisition of new partners and the care and promotion of cooperation in the network. Contact person for all participants and mediation between the partners.

Organisation and coordination Planning and coordination of practical assignments for all trainees in the group. Support for nursing schools, practical facilities and trainees in organizational matters.

Conception and quality assurance Creation, introduction and maintenance of common documents, processes and recommendations for action. Technical exchange with coordinating bodies and experts from other counties. Participation in public relations.

Take this with you: Your qualification: completed university studies in health sciences, nursing science, nursing education, health/social management or a comparable discipline. Organisational capacity, initiative and communication skills as well as an independent, structured and efficient way of working.

Required skills: experience in project and network work. Knowledge of the legal basis of care. Knowledge of regional care and care structures.
