You run and control the field of gas and water technology, including personnel deployment planning for the BG Klinikum Hamburg and its subsidiaries at the Hamburg location You work closely with the technical building management department and participate in the ongoing development of the department You are responsible for reporting technical and organisational risks while implementing emergency measures You plan and accompany maintenance and repair work You set the required training and qualification measures for employees, e.g. by drawing up training plans and internal training documents and establishing qualification deficits, in order to You shall ensure the implementation of occupational safety instructions and risk assessments You comply with statutory operator and company obligations You represent the representation of absence for the department management of sanitary and gas technology In cooperation with the department management, you create tender documents for future projects

You are masters of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or you have a comparable qualification with professional experience You know the relevant rules of drinking water, VDI 6022 You have the technical knowledge and experience of the operation of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology You own organizational, judgmental and analytical assets You are happy to communicate with target and result orientation
