Your tasks The transition from SAP Customer Service to S/4HANA Service is at stake for many companies and right here you come into play. Customers face the challenge of redeeming and rethinking their growing service processes. You are the technical and conceptual constant, which leads it through this change, with the responsibility to set the right path, from the first requirement to far into the project: to make the transition, not only to accompany it: You are responsible for the conceptual and professional detachment of SAP CS on the way to S/4HANA Service – often in larger projects where it comes to a sustainable target architecture. Requirement management as the core of your work: you understand what the customer really needs and provide the best solution, professionally and economically. No scheme-F solution, but what fits the customer. At management level, you speak with decision-makers at management level, argue more value-oriented and make complex relationships tangible.
