Type of employment: Full time, part time

You plan events of all kinds – from weddings to birthdays to conferences – with attention to detail and a view for the big whole

You create offers and contracts for banquets and meetings according to internal requirements

You carry out guided tours, discuss event details directly with guests and make personal appointments on site

You create individual schedules and ensure a clear communication between kitchen, service and front office

During the event, you are ready to support, welcome guests and coordinate the admission or final votes

You process e-mails, answer phone calls, support the banquet management in the day-to-day business and keep track of parallel events

A completed training in the hotel industry or event organization First professional experience in the event or banquet area – ideally in the hotel industry A safe, sympathetic appearance, paired with organizational talent and negotiation skills Pleasure to work independently and vote in the team Very good German knowledge of word and writing – English skills are a plus You bring a sense of responsibility and a high level of service orientation You're ready to be in use once in the evening or at the weekend – if it's important, you're here Above all: passion for events, host qualities and desire to make our guests happy And if you don't bring everything: No problem – we believe in development and show you the way You want to come on board part-time?
