• Assembly management: planning, implementation and follow-up
• Creation of annual plans for economic projects
• Implementation of assembly decisions and construction projects with external expert advice

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate industry
• Professional experience in the administration or care of real estate
• Technical understanding of buildings and processes
• Clear and binding communication with owners, tenants and service providers
