You have completed their studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business management with a focus on personnel, as well as training with further training as a master / technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in human resources, preferably in the middle of production First leadership experience and joy in the development and motivation of a team We require very good SAP knowledge in the HR environment and experience with applicant management systems Your strong communication strength, structured working and a cooperative leadership style complete your profile
