Nurse Outpatient Service (m/f/d)

For our advita branch in Annaberg-Buchholz we are looking for a nursery (m/w/d) for the outpatient service and the supervised housing. The place is to be occupied in part-time (30 hours per week).

Your task

• Collection and determination of individual care needs and planning of care

• Organisation, design and control of the care process

• Analysis, evaluation, quality assurance and development

• Cooperation and involvement of members and cooperation with doctors

• Guide care documentation

• Regulation management

Take this with you:

• A completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

• Class B driving licence

• Empathy, creativity and communication strength

• Individual initiative and diversity of ideas
