Your tasks

• Responsive patient care: You are the first contact person for our patients and cares for a friendly and professional atmosphere, so that everyone feels good at us.
• Assistance in studies and treatments: You support our ophthalmologists in performing vision tests, eye examinations and treatments and contribute to the best patient care.
• Conducting tests and diagnostics: You perform precise diagnostic tests such as visual acuity measurements, eye pressure measurements and fundus images.
• Preparation and care: You prepare the patients for their examination, explain the procedures and take care of the follow-up.
• Practice organization: You take care of scheduling, billing and documentation of treatment results and contribute to the optimal organization of practice.
• Hygiene and sterilization: You ensure that all instruments are always in perfect condition and the hygiene standards are adhered to.

Your profile

• Complete training as an ophthalmologist or comparable qualification
• Empathy and communication strength: You have an open ear for the needs of our patients and can express yourself professionally and sensitively in all situations
• Organizational design and flexibility: You can always keep an overview even when you get full of patients and quickly adapt to new tasks
• Teamability and reliability: You are an important part of a harmonious team that supports each other
• Ideally, you have first professional experience in an ophthalmologist, but also professional starters are welcome!
• Technical understanding and interest in modern devices in ophthalmology
