OXG Glas GmbH is a joint venture of Altice and Vodafone.

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

You analyze internal and external requirements, develop robust technical solution concepts and advise the stakeholders along the entire request process, from problem solving to creating user stories. You evaluate and prioritize requirements (demands) with regard to their urgency and benefit, and always keep in mind the interests of the stakeholders. You coordinate and guide our agile DevOps teams to ensure efficient and targeted implementation. You are responsible for the success of the requirements to be implemented in terms of volume, effort, time and quality and, if necessary, initiate appropriate measures in close coordination with the team and the requesters. You actively shape the continuous optimization and digitization of the OXG IT landscape and the underlying business processes.

Multiannual experience as Product Owner, IT project manager:in or in a comparable role, ideally with completed studies in business informatics or similar. Funded knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as dealing with hybrid development teams and common tools such as Jira and Confluence. Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with technical understanding of data flows, interfaces and ideally SQL/Python knowledge. Strong communication skills, you can convey complex content in a clear and targeted way, manage expectations actively and create sound decision templates. High self-initiative, self-organization and commitment, you work structured, strategically and with a view to the essential, in German and in English (safe for negotiation).
