WAS DICH ERWARTET Responsible participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of a management conference Budget Planning Support, Content Conception incl. Videos and creation of event materials Organisation of participant management, including mailing, registration and accommodation Coordination of event implementation on site, communication with partners and co-organizers and time management Development, organisation and support of internal communication in the back office of the CEO Acquisition of Ad-Hoc tasks and independent acquisition of cross-departmental projects

DESHALB PASST YOU TO UNS You are looking for an internship with a focus on event management – whether compulsory internship in study or voluntary You are studying a preferably business degree in the advanced semester or have already completed university studies You ideally have first professional experience in the field of event management, e.g. in the context of internships or student work You bring very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel) – as well as graphics programs at best You master German and English very well in word and writing You convince with excellent communication skills You work flexibly, reliably, independently and structured You have a high level of quality, show your own initiative and bring team spirit and high commitment and performance with You perform professionally and safely and convince with social competence, empathy and a pronounced empathy You're not bringing everything?
